Sylvie is the President and Founder of Training Alliances and is an expert in the field of Human Performance & Training.
Sylvie has more than 25 years of experience in the public and private sectors in both French and English. She is a dynamic master facilitator in both virtual and face to face training and is a highly skilled proponent of learner-centered training.
Sylvie has led countless sessions with hundreds of participants covering topics such as Leadership and Management, Coaching, Customer Service, Resilience Management, Teambuilding, Communication, Train the Trainer, and Presentations Skill. She has appeared as a guest speaker at various events over the past 25 years and has facilitated conferences with as many as 700 attendees.
In addition to a number of teaching certifications, Sylvie is certified in Adult Education from St. Francis Xavier University. Sylvie has also earned an Executive Management certificate from the University of Notre Dame.
